Introduction of Yoga
Every Other Saturday @ 9:00am starting May26th
Yoga in the Park will introduce each practitioner to a progression of Pranayama(Breathing Techniques), Drishti(focus of Gaze), and Asanas(postures/movement)leading to a unique practice for each participant. Introducing modifications for individual needs. Helping participants to develop a gentle moving meditation. Building strength, flexibility, and relieving stress. Back, neck, and other joint issues will be addressed. Understanding how to create alignment, allowing each joint to flow, each muscle to strengthen and stretch in a protective nurturing movement, while calming the mind, and guiding your true self to blossom. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket or beach towel. Class is FREE. Donations to Different Delhi Charitable Organizations will be accepted weekly.
